Old town house, new concept!

Different. Distinctive. Stylish. The Wiunig Haus, in the centre of Kaltern, has been completely renovated and is now waiting for you to discover it. Its three apartments have all been entirely refurbished.
All the apartments have a bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a quaint dining room decorated with greenery that makes you feel as if you are in a loggia. The bathroom has a large shower cabin, WC and bidet. The open-plan design has been conceived to accommodate up to four guests, and the living room can be separated from the rest of the apartment.
The attic apartment is the jewel in the crown and features a free-standing bath and a private terrace that is perfect for chilling out and indulging.

Stylish chandeliers, floral wallpapers and chic furnishings set the tone for an exclusive holiday. The kitchen is a little gem, fully equipped to meet every need. Still, with so many fine restaurants in the area to choose from, who needs to cook?

In Kaltern, stories are told about the tailor’s house. It is said that it was once home to a busy tailor named Wiunig and his beautiful wife. She led a very secluded life – and not through her own choice. The neighbours could sometimes spot her on the roof terrace, looking sad and lost in her thoughts or buried in a book. At first, nobody took much notice… but then the news spread faster than the tailor would have liked. His wife had deserted him. She had escaped and gone to Switzerland, where she lived free and happily ever after.
